MISSION

Exchange of new ideas and approaches to specific managerial
challenges related to the organizational competitiveness, by presenting
the results of modern scientific research in the field
of organizational science and management, economy,
information science and education.

OBJECTIVES

  • To present research findings on the influence of academic input
    in the transitioning towards market-driven economy;
  • To present good managerial practices in the transitioning
    towards market-driven economy;
  • To present lessons learned from the transition period towards market-driven
    economy and their influence in the organizational development;
  • To present research findings on organizational changes
    relevant to the environmental changes during and post transitional period
  • Sharing of transitional period experiences in various areas and industries.

  • The role of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial organizations in the period
    of the transition;
  • Managerial challenges in private, privatized and public

    transition;
  • Professional and family succession in the process of organizational
    transformation of organizations;
  • The effects of new technologies and other innovations in and
    post-transition period;

    (organizational intelligence, organizational intelligence,
    organizational wisdom, etc.);
  • Branding and rebranding of organizations;
  • Organizational coaching in organizational development

  • Interested authors have until 10.07.2022 to send an application for participation and abstract
    (in one of the working languages and English translation) to the official

  • All accepted abstracts will be published digitally in the Conference proceedings.
  • Full paper submission deadline: November 1, 2022;
  • Full papers will be published digitally on the website www.basim.edu.mk

PAPER GUIDELINES

  • MS Word compatible software or file extension;
  • Page setup: A4, 2.5 cm margins, single column;
  • Font: Calibri, 12 pt, except the title in 14 pt, single spaced;
  • The title and all subtitles should be capitalized and bold;
  • Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words and end with 3-5 key words;
  • The deadline to submit articles is 01.11.2022;
  • All papers should begin with the name of the author, the institution and its address;
  • Papers should have the following sections:
    Introduction, Research Methodology, Results and Analysis, Conclusions, and Bibliography;
  • Size: No more than eight pages;
  • Harvard citation style.
  • Papers should be written in one of the working languages with abstract in English;
  • Authors can submit and publish more than one article, but present only one;
  • All papers should comply with the following structure:
